WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
PHARMBICON return policy states that if the product is returned unused within TEN DAYS a refund will be issued to the retail customer, however shipping will not be refunded.
Used products cannot be returned.
Returns for replacements are allowed for defects in manufacturing only (this does not include products damaged in shipment). Return authorization is needed for all returns.
Please call or email before returning any products. If you receive items damaged during transit, immediately report all damages directly to the carrier. The original packaging must be retained, as the carrier may require an inspection.
Replacements will be sent out via UPS courier.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are shipped by UPS courier and will usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
